So, we have had to take all the boxes out of the hall closet in case something came about. Kailey thought it was great fun getting in the closet with blankets and pillows.

Now that we have no basement...
So for 2 years we lived in our house with a basement. There was one time that I took Kailey down there because of a bad storm. However, now that we do not have a basement we have needed it twice! For the past couple of weeks some terrible storms have blown through Lawrence. Both have produced tonadoes, but luckily they did not touch down in where we are. One funnel cloud was spotted over Clinton Lake (about 5 miles from us) and basically went right over our old house. Both weeks through a tornado touched down in the greater KC area.
